Annual Guangzhou exhibition, held a release dinner. With the theme of a new product release every year, but also with an important thing.This time AmannGirrbach in 2016 we signed a strategic cooperation agreement. This year on the release of new products at the same time, we made an aidite company listed appreciation dinner. On market, I personally do not have too many ideas. But what we see is a ten-year-old Aidite. I think companies such as people, life is not a few ten years, the same is true of enterprises. Many China’s enterprises most probably cannot survive two or three years. Yet fortunately our enterprise went through this difficult period, so in the establishment of ten years, the company listed or get a little success or not, I think the most important thing is to share with you today.
Sharing is not showing off, that is ten years, we have the mentality of Aidite. This course and we talk about, perhaps for everyone in the past, present and future have some benefits. Ten years ago, Aidite started from scratch. At the beginning of the business, we do not know what is the most basic of a business, but the most important thing is that we know to do a good job of the product, which is our cornerstone. Good products, in fact, is not an easy thing in china. At the same time to do a good job in the product, I would like to, who did the product? We think about this question, the answer is employees. I think the staff is the most difficult. So when we start a business, we set a goal to strive for a better life for our employees. Today at the scene after the station is my staff, I think I am very touched. Today, some of them don’t have a good life, but a lot of people’s lives are all right. However, Aidite is never stopped, we have achieved good results, or our income is better, but Aidite is always on the road to struggle. In fact, we will always be hard, simple to do things, this is a principle of our business.
The next thing we want to do is to come up with a good product, how do we do? We advocate good service. But how to serve the customer? In fact, this is also very difficult for us to provide a technical service, the product is only a prerequisite. Later, I thought, if it is not enough to do a good product. So we look forward to the integrity of the concept of success and growth. But in terms of good faith, for AiditeMr. Li Hongwen, it is not an easy thing. To be honest, it requires everyone to pay, rather than self proclaimed integrity, integrity represents the play. The customer is a problem, we do not care about, we are trying to solve, whether through what we take part of the responsibility does not matter, as long as the customer’s product market do better, better, better brand, is enough. So our task, in fact, in this way, last year, our theme, I think it may always be a theme. But this theme may be new every year, so this is the path to success in the development of integrity is endless. So some people say that success is not important, growth is very important.
In fact, I think today is in this way, but tomorrow will be another. To be a successful business, customers play the most important role; I held the view that customers was a priority for us in the past. Without customers, we have no chance to achieve success. It is a circle, which is important. yet on the other hand, now I think our employees play the most important part, because only our employees do well so that our customers can be well served. In this process, changes took place in our thinking, gradually forming the value of our own. in China, our development may take the first step – a good product, good service we thought so, and a price as you want, the enterprise will be successful? Today it seems far far from enough. Really next we Aidite must have the ability. what does it require? We need a broad mind, we need a forward-looking vision, we need to know customers’ needs. in fact, the last one is challenging. Maybe customers have no idea what is demand. I think, the key thing is what is the demand of Chinese dentistry. If you want to find it, we need to know what is the world’s dental needs? It is time to think about these things. By thinking over and over again, our products will grow better; service will be upgraded; we thus can well assist our customers, guide their management and sales. How important it is!

So it’s a good thing that Aidite is New 3 board listed. It can promote financing. Yet it is also a hard thing. but it is also a very difficult thing. Chinese enterprises are working toughly toward standardization. But Aidite had no choice, now what should we do to push standardization forward? In fact, i told my team that standardization is tough, but the more difficult, the more standardized. That’s the right way. It truly tests how we can build our business and whether we are a fighting team under standardization. Listing, for enterprises, is also a pain. Why? As a company is listed, new capital will flow in. As that day on, growth is the only priority! We ask for growth. It did. Sustainable growth comes. What else follows it then? Overgrowth, which shareholders and future investors are eager for, is terrible. We have to be sure that what to pursue. A great company definitely wants more than growth. It is clients’ need and their development that matter most. To realize it, we should show our value in serving customers. Thus we cannot stop innovating, work hard, to create a better future for customers, for our staff, for all people. We aim to build a better Aidite by taking enterprise development and future into consideration. Aidite, through their own efforts, through their own hard work, and everyone fight together.
But here I want to say, in fact, we start business personally to capture market. For example, one responsible for the whole south part of China, the other few are to improve products. But in the coming ten years, we need a team of over 200; furthermore, everyone of you present, whether you are our suppliers, clients or social media is all part of our team. We hands together to fight for a noble business environment, where all enterprises can go well and healthily on the right track.
In fact, innovation is about thinking instead of technology.Without thinking, technology will come to a dead end. So let’s talk about innovation. At the beginning, we focus on making products with original resource. It is also not easy. But later we come to innovate ourselves. One about innovation is that we must choose the right direction. If in a wrong direction, the company can survive.so first we manage to live, and then make an inovation based on survival and development. On this day last year, we rolled out Multilayer AT, while we made an innovation from three aspects: translucency gradient,color gradient and strength gradient, which, in my opinion, is very crucial.On each layer we would test its translucency and strength.We mainly face global market, and we have to keep our work serious.There is a story about innovation I’d like to tell you. I just came back. This is the 6th time that i have attended in the United States Lab Day exhibition in Chicago. This is what Aidite insists on. Even no client, i would go there every year. Of course impossible to get no client during 6 years’ work. But to be honest, those who intend to make an order, especially Americans feel nice price but prefer to do business in a plain corner, as they are afraid of being seen on the spot.
However, it is different this year.i asked those who attended the exhibition in the US that how they feel. They said all bosses or directors from American big dentistry companies would have a look at our booth. They would like to consult with our staff a couple of minutes. Why? Because they know you are the best, so you don’t have to hide anything. It’s normal that they got our OEM. And, we sometimes attend our clients’ new product launch event. Actually our product is just under their name. So by innovation, we obtained not only product upgrading but also respect and recognition. I believe, 10 years’ management, 10 years’ innovation harvest trust from our staff, clients. Like everyone, I am here, and I feel happy.
